Lockable hand-lever valve

 

5/2-way lockable hand-lever valve used for scraper blade control in the drying line. The user can put a padlock into the borehole of the extended spool and thereby lock the valve. As a special feature, the valve offers a position feedback sensor. The product is designed for an ambient temperature range of up to +120°C.

Flow regulators with an air flow of up to 6,000 Nl/min

 

Block form flow regulators with G 3/4” ports used for air blow conveyance in the drying line. Adjustment can be locked by a socket screw. 7 coloured rings indicate the adjustment.

 

The product is designed for an ambient temperature range of up to +120°C.

Cabinet for sample taking

 

Control cabinet designed for sample taking. The control automatically gives an air-impulse to clean into the sample-take unit whenever the lever-valve is actuated.

Additional impulses can be added manually. An air-booster valve is part of the delivery, too.
